Email Capture and Processing is able to capture and store email messages that include attachments or images in the form of *.PNG (Portable Network Graphics) files. The software has two tabs - a "Quick Scan" tab and a "Full Scan" tab. You can select your email provider from the drop-down menu and choose to quickly scan all your emails or to scan only the subject line of the messages you want to keep.
Email Capture and Processing can be run as a scheduled task or manually. To automate your scanning, save the configuration data and run it again, run the "Scan Data" option. This option will produce a scheduled task which you can execute every day at a given time. You can schedule the software to run each day at a certain time with "Schedule Scheduled Task" option.
When you run "Scan Data" option, the software will scan the contents of your email account. If you choose to manually run the software, it will perform an analysis and then display a list of selected emails that were not scanned in the last run.
You can also install the Email Capture and Processing into a USB drive or floppy disk to save the results. Once the application is installed, you can log in and send emails. You can also automatically email replies to your selected emails, then run the program.
There are three options in the "Schedule Scan" tab. You can choose whether to run the program as scheduled or manually. If you want, you can also run the software as an auto-responder to your selected emails.
