Houston Engineering Company Scams - Work Not Paid!

19apr 2020
A Houston engineer doesn't know that these excuses are bogus. He knows they're not being honest and that is the problem.

The problem with the Houston engineering companies Home Inspector Woodlands TX is they don't follow their own rules and regulations. After all, they're supposed to be professional engineers that work hard every day.

The price of these engineering services is always higher than an equivalent service in a less regulated city. This seems to be typical of a Houston engineering company. And yet they get away with it by cheating their clients on payment and actually paying them for work they haven't done.

Here's how a Houston engineering company makes a scam out of you, your money and the reputation of the city. This is how it happens...

Houston engineering company contracts for work to be done on their building. They expect to be paid for the services they provided. The job is not done on time, when they expected it to be.

They tell their customers about this. Now, a customer may be hesitant about not receiving a check for the work done. The Houston engineers get to know that, well, that might be the case.

A Houston customer calls up an engineer inspector to find out what's going on. He tells the customer they should have been paid for the work done. He also says the inspection was not done because the inspector felt he was being threatened by the customer.

So, the engineer inspector goes on vacation on business, the inspector gets involved in a personal dispute with a customer and the inspector has to go on vacation. The client is left holding the bag on the never paid for work.

The customer could sue the Houston engineering company for fraud and claim the engineer inspector was conflicted. Or, he could file a lawsuit and loss against the contractor. A Houston engineering company that abuses their clients is liable to lose their license.

There is no way to hide from the fact that this engineer inspector was in favor of a change in the law to protect Houston contractors and customers. He just didn't follow the laws.

It's unfortunate that the Houston engineering company or those who are in charge of enforcing it won't enforce their own rules. They don't even try to be transparent enough to say exactly what was done on their building and when, instead they simply say they're sorry, we made a mistake and they'll fix it.

A repair company can just make up any excuse as to why they haven't been paid. A Houston engineer doesn't know that these excuses are bogus. He knows they're not being honest and that is the problem.

The responsible party should be held accountable for everything done to the customer. But the person responsible for hiring, supervising and overseeing the company in Houston is responsible for everything done. It's sad that the Houston engineering company has to be re-inspected for their work and the customers are left holding the bag, the blame game, or has to hire a Houston engineering company to have them re-inspected for the same work they were originally hired for.
